Thanks to this composition, chaga has a positive effect on metabolism, improves the functioning of the nervous system and strengthens the immune system. One of the main beneficial properties of chaga is its ability to remove toxins from the body.

Chaga infusion acts as a biostimulant on the body, accelerates vital processes, helps with insomnia, helps reduce feelings of constant fatigue and malaise.

Sea buckthorn is rich in vitamin B, which helps to normalize the functioning of the nervous system, improves memory, eyesight, and thanks to the content of vitamins A and E, it has an antioxidant effect.

Method of preparation:

There are several ways to prepare drinks based on chaga. You can choose what suits you best:
