Facilitates good rest for people working shifts, as well as when changing time zones during travel. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking melatonin on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime and for several days after arriving at the destination.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients/INCI: cellulose filler, monohydrate lactose, modified wheat starch, melatonin 0.1g, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide.

Dosage: 1 tablet daily for adults in the evening 1-2 hours before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose.The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Usage restrictions: intolerance to individual components, children under 18 years of age, and pregnant women. Storage: at temperatures between 15° to 25° C.
