Recommended dosage: prepare a solution by mixing 3 teaspoons of Befungin in 150ml of boiled lukewarm water and take 1 tablespoon of this solution 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 3-5 months. RDA 3 tablespoons corresponds to an extract from 3.5 g of chaga. Shake before use.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, protect from light, keep out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 20 °C

Shelf life: 3 years.The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for intolerance to any component of the preparation.
