Cedar cone is valued for its high resin content, from which essential substances are released during cooking, which favorably affect the human respiratory system.

Oregano contains essential oils, phenols, tannins, ascorbic acid, thymol, recommended for insomnia, to improve mood and increase the overall tone of the body.

St. John's Wort contains vitamins, minerals, carotenes, choline, tannins, in addition, St. John's wort is known for its antiseptic and overall strengthening properties.

Method of preparation:

There are several ways to prepare drinks based on chaga. You can choose what suits you best:
